Cancellation & Refund Policy

All Cancellation requests need to be sent in written on email from the same email id which was used to make booking and have to be reconfirmed by replying our cancellation confirmation email. Refund for cancellation may vary for the various services booked and as per our policy below:

 

If booking is cancelled 45 days prior to arrival date, whole advance payment is eligible for refund after deducting the transaction charges for receiving advance payment, sending refund, any cancellation charges levied by airlines for flight ticket cancellation, train ticket cancellation charges by Indian Railways, Hotels etc

 

If booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be made out of advance payment given to us.
